Allow me to present this awesome interactive “music video” from Virginia de Labuat, an enchanting songstress from Barcelona. This has already won a “site of the day” award from FWA, and it needs more recognition.

Do yourself a favor and check this out. It takes forever to load, but get out your headphones and start painting your own version of Soy Tu Aire.

I’m often slamming the use of flash where HTML or Javascript would do just fine, but here, in a full screen and lush environment, Flash delivers an experience unlike anyone else. Major respect for everyone involved in this production.

For those curious, you can see the official music video by clicking on the thumbnail below (the video should be on the top right of her site). I had it embedded, but of course it was configured to auto-play on load. Then I tried to link directly, but it tries to resize your window to a 4×4 inch square. Oh Flash, I give you an inch and you want a mile.
